Minnesota Business finance programs have capital investment, job creation, and wage requirements for companies that receive assistance. State law requires local government agencies and businesses to file yearly status reports. This portal is used to submit business subsidy report forms, officially known as Minnesota Business Assistance Forms, required by state law for local government agencies for yearly filing for all projects and activity. These reports should be completed and submitted by April 1.

Use this form only to report non-JOBZ project activity for financial assistance valued at $25,000 and/or $75,000 to $150,000 in loans for business assistance agreements signed between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2023.
