This portal is used to submit and monitor Minnesota Business Assistance Forms on behalf of the grantor. To create a Log In, select the “Create Account” link to generate a Log In account. If you have a Log In account, enter your User Name and Password for access. To receive assistance, select “Contact” at the top of the page.
