Restaurants

One of the first things you'll discover about the Minneapolis restaurant scene is that local chefs and restaurateurs place a lot of stock in the virtues of organic and locally-produced ingredients, from orchard-fresh produce to homegrown livestock. In fact, you might even say that, much like the BYOB is a defining component of Philadelphia's restaurant landscape, the farm-to-table concept is a primary contributor to the quality of Minneapolis' dining culture.
