- Schedule funerals, burials, or cremations.

- Direct and supervise work of embalmers, funeral attendants, death certificate clerks, cosmetologists, or other staff.
- Evaluate the performance of vendors, contract employees, or other service providers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
