This column displays an estimate of the number of currently available job vacancies in the region selected.

Job Vacancy Rate
This column displays an estimate of the percent of job vacancies relative to all filled jobs in the occupation. A high vacancy rate indicates a relatively strong demand for this occupation. How do we determine if a job vacancy rate is high? The job vacancy rate for an occupation, industry, or region is considered high if it is above the economy-wide job vacancy rate for the same survey period. For example, if the job vacancy rate for Minnesota-All occupations is 2.5%, an occupation’s vacancy rate of 2.6% can be considered moderately high and 5% extremely high.

This columns displays the median wage offer meaning that half of all wage offers for vacancies in this occupation were higher and half were lower.
